1. General Policy
Due to the nature of consulting, digital marketing, SaaS, DaaS, and advisory services, fees are generally non-refundable once services commence, unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Proven billing errors
- Undelivered services due solely to Company fault
- Government fee refunds received by us before submission or processing
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Performance marketing ad spend
- Lead generation services once leads are delivered
- SaaS or DaaS subscription periods already commenced
- Recruitment services once candidate profiles are shared
- Business setup government charges once submitted
4. Subscription Cancellations
SaaS/DaaS subscriptions must be canceled at least 30 days before renewal.
No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by UAE law.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, subject to banking timelines.
